Is this a Billie Holiday song?

I heard part of a song recently on TV. The voice sounded a lot like
Billie's. One of the lines goes "if you ever change your mind/I'll be
around where I used to be/Lonely heart in love waiting for your call".
A Google search for "If You Ever Change Your Mind" only brought up a
song by the same name by Crystal Gayle. I would like to know A)if this
is a Billie Holiday song B) if so, what's the name of the song. Thanks
